Access to the application is through a combination of username and password. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his/her access credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of an account due to loss or disclosure of credentials.

The functions available in the application vary according to the user level assigned. Each user will have access only to the functionalities corresponding to his/her role in the company in which he/she works.

We reserve the right to suspend service for companies that fail to meet their obligations, such as payment of applicable fees or other valid reasons. Suspension will affect all users of the company involved. 

The application collects and uses real-time location information, routes, scheduling and passenger counts in order to provide the tracking and monitoring service. All information collected is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, and is kept strictly confidential.

Each user agrees to use the application responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Misuse of the application, including unauthorized access to restricted areas or manipulation of data, will be grounds for immediate termination of access.  

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to users through the application or via email.

We make every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of the system, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free, therefore, application support will be in effect as long as it is performed within established business days and hours.
